Welcome to Tipis on the Guadalupe—your gateway to a one-of-a-kind glamping experience in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled along scenic River Road in New Braunfels, our boutique property has long offered guests a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, from cozy tipis to relaxing riverfront escapes perfect for families, couples, and groups.


Today, we’re excited to share the next chapter of this special place. Tipis on the Guadalupe is now proudly part of The Summit Vacation & RV Resort, expanding the experience while preserving everything guests have come to love.


At The Summit Vacation & RV Resort, our goal has always been simple—create a place where families can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories. With the addition of the Tipi property, we’re bringing together the best of both worlds: a peaceful, nature-filled glamping escape paired with access to a full range of resort-style amenities.

Guests staying in the Tipis can now enjoy not only the quiet beauty of the Guadalupe River, but also access to The Summit’s amenities, including pools, mini golf, sports courts, and more—giving you even more ways to relax, explore, and enjoy your time in the Hill Country.

While ownership has changed, the heart of this property remains the same. You’ll still find the same scenic surroundings, the same unique accommodations, and the same spirit of getting away from it all—now enhanced with even more to experience.
